FILM: The Hildebrand Safe house featured in Spectre (2015).
LOCATION: In the film the building is the Hildebrand Safe House, located on the roof of 35 Spring Gardens, overlooking Trafalgar Square.

No plaque
You will not find any “Hildebrand Prints and Rarities” sign on the door. The store name was inspired by the title of the Ian Fleming story. The book entitled, “For Your Eyes Only” with short stories; From A View to A Kill, For Your Eyes Only, Quantum Of Solace (personal favourite) Risico, and The Hildebrand Rarity, was published in 1960.

Interesting to note
The building behind Bond is the MI6 Universal Exports building from The Living Daylights. That is now the Malaysia Tourism Board HQ.

Did they film inside?
Unsure. When I poked my nose through the window it certainly looked similar.

From James Bond Wiki
The building, which overlooked Trafalgar Square, was originally established in 1953 as a purveyor of prints and rarities.
